Therefore, the data the manufacturers may receive are the identification and tax details under which you invoice your activity (business name, tax ID and tax address), together with the transaction data (date, product, quantity, amount and invoice number); these disclosures do not include your email address or telephone number. If you are a sole trader or professional, we process these data only in that capacity (Art. 19 of the Spanish LOPDGDD). The manufacturers are established in the European Union or in countries with an adequacy decision; any access from outside the European Economic Area relies on Articles 45 or 46 GDPR.
